Information We Collect

SolCircuit processes information you provide, information needed to operate your account and saved projects, and technical records needed to deliver and protect the service. The information involved depends on the features you use.

Account Information

Account information includes your email address, profile name when supplied, optional Solar Business flag, account identifiers and access status. Supabase provides authentication and manages sign-in credentials and sessions.

Project and Configuration Information

Saved projects include their names, component selections and product-version references, specifications, connections, editable configuration values, layout and saved revisions. We process these records to save, reload and evaluate your configurations and enforce account access.

Support Information

If you submit a support request, its contents include your trusted account email, category, subject, message and any optional screenshot. Avoid including passwords, secrets or full payment details. When delivery is enabled, requests are passed to the configured support mailbox and delivery services. Screenshots are not kept in a separate permanent application attachment store; delivered messages and attachments may remain with the email service.

Technical / Usage Information

The application and its hosting and service providers may process request information, network addresses, browser or device information, error records and security or administrative audit events to operate and protect the service.

Payment Processing

Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing. SolCircuit does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. We receive the records needed to reconcile purchases and account access, such as provider identifiers, subscription and payment status, billing dates, and limited payment-method information such as card brand and last four digits when supplied.

Cookies and Session Technologies

SolCircuit uses authentication cookies and related session technologies to keep you signed in and support secure account flows. Disabling or clearing these technologies may sign you out or prevent account features from working. Third-party checkout services may use their own cookies under their policies.

Service Providers

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Lemon Squeezy for payment processing, and hosting and configured email services to operate the application. These providers process information needed for their roles. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, address misuse or protect rights and security.

How Information Is Used

We use information to authenticate users, save and retrieve projects, run requested simulations, provide eligible features, reconcile billing, respond to support requests when available, maintain reliability and investigate misuse. Authorized administrative access supports account operations and is subject to access controls.

Security

SolCircuit uses authentication, access controls and server-side checks to help protect account and project information. No online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and use care when sharing screenshots or project information.

Data Retention

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, address support or security matters, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can differ by record type and service provider; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period.

Ending Pro access does not automatically delete saved projects. Current post-Pro access includes a 60-day Basic period. Projects outside the active allowance, and retained projects after that period, can remain read-only. That access period is not a promise that data is deleted after 60 days. Contact support with retention or deletion questions.

User Choices

You can choose what optional profile information and support attachments to provide, manage available subscription controls in My Account, sign out and control cookies through your browser. Contact support to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal, security or recordkeeping obligations before responding.

Third-Party Links

External checkout and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information. SolCircuit does not control information you submit directly to those services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices and service change. The date above identifies the current version. Any notice required by applicable law will still apply.
